Forum Madeira celebrates 20 years and challenges you to see it beyond what you already know. Our Art in Forum Gallery hosts the exhibition "FORUM, local", a collaborative art show where each work is a connection point for the next.

Curated by Rodrigo Costa and produced by Fractal, this exhibition brings together 11 artists in a live creative process, inspired by the surrealist cadavre-exquis technique. Each artist begins his work from an element left by the previous one, creating a continuous and transforming visual narrative.

Come watch this process with each of the artists who will be on site, in a constant process of evolution.

Each visit reveals something new, each artist will bring a different but complementary vision to the previous and the next, and each work integrates a common detail: the color Magenta 100, the visual signature of Forum Madeira.

The Portuguese-Brazilian artist brings to Forum Madeira the monumental image of the dragon tree, a symbol of memory and resistance, with the work “Vinha Draco Vinho”. An intervention that invites reflection on consumption and the preservation of Madeiran identity.

The exhibition proposes an intense visual experience that questions what we consume and what we can still preserve.
